This is the day of many 1st,

This is my 1st day of Retirement and the 1st day of our Hawaii trip, first of many trips to Hawaii I hope, and 1st day of writing a blog.
Slept really well last night - Reed and I read scriptures in bed, it was just too cold to get out of the covers.
Mom fixed Reed and I Breakfast while I showered and finished the last bit of packing, I'm just so excited to leave this cold weather. It's 11 degrees out this morning, but its sunny!
We parked at the airport and flew 6 1/2 hours on Delta, it was a nice flight - or as nice as a 6 1/2 hour fight could be.
Landed about 3:30pm and got a cute Mustage Convertable to drive for this week in Honolulu !
We got moved in to our condo, the Imperial, its the condo Steve and Jen own in. Went to have a great dinner across the street with a view of the Ocean and a group of Hawaiian singers and dancers.
After we took a walk along the ocean and some of the city, this area has become very nice, High end shops and really nice places to eat.
