We got up and left Lehigh Acres, at 8:00 am on our way to Disney World, we are so excited and the weather is perfect !! The drive was nice and short only 2 1/2 hours, got to the Vacation Village at Parkway - it is really big and nice, our room is small but its only Reed and I and we really won't be in the room much - its a 1 bedroom, its seems super small, because we usually get really big rooms here with lots of family to fill it up.
By the time we checked in and unloaded etc. and bought our tickets for the Parks (we got season Passes) it was about 3:00pm but thats ok, we went to Magic Kingdom it was was super busy so we just took our time and enjoyed being there, tons of flowers and so beautiful its so much fun to be here again. We walked over to Splash to get Fast Passes first thing and then our first ride of the day was Pirates, we just love this ride.
The park was open until 1:00 am so we didn't ever feel rushed to do anything knowing we had tons of time to do it all and we did most everything we wanted. In the evening we watched the parade and then the fireworks at 10:00pm and went to do a couple more of rides before heading back to the room, both of us were pooped, but in a good way !
We still had to unpack our suit cases when we got back to the room, !!
There are a lot of changes that have happened in the the park in the last 2 years since we have been here, crazy how fast things change, we just need to come more often.
